→ http://www.pollingreport.com/institut.htm#Political%20Partie... At the polling report website, I found an interesting chart. It points out that 31% of the people think of themselves as Republicans, 31% Democrats, and 31% Independents. (6% are listed as other.) It's the first time since 1981 that the population of Republicans has equalled that of Democrats. Compared to 2000, the difference has closed from 6% to be even. It'll be interesting to see how shifts like this influence the election. - Tom | permalink | changelog | Last updated: 2003-12-22 21:11 Previous Entry | Home | Next Entry Comments Commenting has been suspended due to spam. |
