Even though it's the right decision, I do sometimes feel sentiment when something that so many people put so much of their lives into, a monument to decades of hard work, something that is fundamentally immortal, is intentionally destroyed. Maybe it's just me. (But see Tom Kelly's speech from the "Spider" episode of From the Earth to the Moon. In fact, see that entire episode.)
